Help us understand what happened

Include your app version, visionOS or tvOS version, media server type, and the steps that led to the problem. For playback issues, the container, video codec and audio format can help. Please don’t send passwords, access tokens or private server URLs.

Connecting your library

Connect your Plex, Jellyfin or Emby account, then select your film and series libraries. Your device must be able to reach the selected server. Use a secure HTTPS connection for remote access.

Using Kinema Link

The Apple TV companion and headset app must be open on the same local network. Pair with the code shown on the television, then enable sound on Apple TV. Adjust picture delay if your receiver’s audio processing puts voices ahead of the picture. Availability depends on your app version.

If you test Kinemavision through TestFlight, you can also send feedback there. Include a screenshot if it helps, after checking it for personal or sensitive information.
